Transport for London Apprenticeship

Transport for London (TfL) is responsible for keeping seven million people moving across London, and it takes over 28,000 members of staff to make this happen. TfL would like to invite students to apply to their apprenticeship programmes and join the expanding team of staff at their London office.

They are looking for talented, enthusiastic Year 13 students who are looking to bypass university and enter the world of work. As well as receiving excellent training from leading professionals, TfL will offer students the chance to earn whilst they learn, and they will receive a number of staff benefits including free travel on tubes and buses. All students need to do is fill in their details and answer two questions.

The deadline for applications are fast-approaching, so please read their message below or visit the following page on their website for more information: www.tfl.gov.uk/apprenticeships.

Best of luck!

At Transport for London (TfL) our job is to keep London moving.  We touch the lives of millions of people every day and without us London would stand still.

If you want to earn as you learn and use your own ideas and skills to make a real difference to Londoners, an apprenticeship with us can be the foundation for an exciting and rewarding career.

As you’d expect from an employer with a reputation for bringing out the best in people, we offer competitive benefits, including free travel on tubes and buses. So if you thrive in a working environment where you’ll be handling real responsibility, then take a look at the current opportunities we have on offer:

– London Underground Project Planner Apprenticeship (closing date 15th June 2012)
– Highways Technician Apprenticeship (closing date 15th June 2012)
– Information Management Apprenticeship (closing date 20th June 2012)

You can apply online via a short application form and we would encourage you to apply as early as possible.

Please visit www.tfl.gov.uk/apprenticeships for more information and contact us at apprentices@tfl.gov.uk if you have any questions.
